Don’t Fool Around With High Blood Pressure!
If you have high blood pressure, don’t fool around with it today! Let me tell you what happened to me this morning.
I needed to buy stamps from CVS (yes, they have them!), so I went around the corner. Also, baking soda and a 16-oz can of Pepsi went into my cart as well.
I’m on line, and I started getting the blurred vision in my eyes. That’s happened to me before, and when it does, it usually means one thing – check my blood pressure!
The blurs got worse as I walked home. When I got home, I put my stuff down and IMMEDIATELY went to check my blood pressure. (by the way, I would suggest that if you or anyone else has high blood pressure, buy a machine – you may be saving your life or someone else’s!).
It was 159/110, and my heart rate was 95 – not good at all…..
First thing I did, I poured myself a glass of water with 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, and two droppers of stevia. (for those who don’t know, this combination helps high blood pressure, among other things).
I also started praying – asking God that my blood pressure would drop, and that the blurs would go away. After a few minutes, the blurs did go away (praise God)!
As of 30 minutes ago, my blood pressure was 165/97, with my heart rate being 76. Still has a ways to go, but I am feeling better than I was a little while ago.
So now I will be checking my blood pressure every so often during the day, to make sure that it continues to drop. I will also be praying, and I ask you guys to pray that it would drop also.
Let me reiterate once more what I said at the beginning of the post – if you have high blood pressure, don’t fool around with it. It may be a matter of life and death!
